Client Service
No animal has ever walked through our hospital doors without a human attached to them. So no matter how much you love animals, to be successful at our hospital you must love the people who love those animals.
Client education is a BIG part of what we do, so you must be able to communicate effectively and in a friendly manner. We are here to serve our clients, so finding ways to exceed their expectations is a daily task at Dripping Springs Animal Hospital.
Teamwork
Do you make it a point to notice when those around you may need assistance and offer to help out instead of waiting to be asked for help? At DSAH, teamwork is a very important part of our team culture. When an aggressive and painful patient is being restrained for a treatment, teamwork and trust are vital to the safety of the patient and team members.
Compassion
We are advocates for the pets that visit our hospital. They cannot speak for themselves, so we must speak for them when we suspect they are in pain or to educate owners about preventative measures to help ensure their good health in the future.
This takes a great deal of compassion, coupled with the emotional intelligence to endure the parts of the job that are difficult for those who have a great deal of compassion for animals.
